By downloading, accessing, or using the Astrotime mobile application ("App") or any related service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Astrotime ("Company", "we", "our", "us").
2. Description of Service
Astrotime provides personalized astrology-based guidance, including but not limited to:
- Personalized Kundali (birth chart) analysis
- Daily, weekly, and monthly Rashifal (horoscopes)
- Panchang (sacred Hindu calendar) information
- Muhurat (auspicious timing) recommendations
- Rishta Bonds — kundali matching and relationship compatibility
- Numerology and other related content
The Service is available in Hindi, English, and other Indian vernacular languages.
3. Astrology Disclaimer
Important: All astrological content provided by Astrotime — including horoscopes, Muhurat, kundali readings, and compatibility reports — is based on traditional Vedic and Western astrological frameworks and is intended for informational, spiritual, and entertainment purposes only.
Astrology is guidance, not a guarantee. Astrotime's content is not a substitute for professional advice in the fields of medicine, law, finance, psychology, or any other regulated profession. Users are encouraged to exercise independent judgment when making life decisions.
Astrotime makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of astrological content.
4. User Accounts and Information
To use personalized features, you will be asked to provide your name, date of birth, time of birth, and place of birth. You agree to provide accurate information. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
5. User Conduct
By using Astrotime, you agree not to:
- Provide false or misleading information
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the App or its servers
- Reproduce, copy, sell, or redistribute any content from the App without our prior written permission
- Use the Service to harass, defame, or harm any individual
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, design, algorithms, branding, and code within Astrotime are the exclusive intellectual property of the Company or its licensors. No content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, or distributed without prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Astrotime and its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for:
- Any decisions made by users based on astrological content
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Any loss of data, revenue, profits, or goodwill
Our liability to you, in any case, shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the six months preceding the claim (or INR 500, if no payment was made).
8. Modifications to the Service and Terms
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in India.
